Service 01 · The front door
Recover the revenue you have already earned.
Every Vade engagement begins here. Revenue Leakage Recovery is a fixed-scope engagement that finds where your business is losing revenue it has already earned, builds the AI workflows to recover it, runs the first recovery cycle alongside your team, and hands over a working system your people supervise.
The promise, stated plainly
We do not find new revenue. We recover revenue that already exists inside the business: leads that were never followed up, customers who went dormant, proposals that went cold, payments that need structured follow-up, deals living in chat threads and memory. We make that money visible, build the system to act on it, and prove the system works on a real cycle before we leave.
Where founder-led revenue leaks
The leaks are the same in every market we have seen. Every engagement is organised around a fixed map of seven; the diagnostic quantifies against this map, and the build installs workflows against the same map. You see a finding, then you see the system that closes it.
- Uncalled leads. Inbound or referred leads never followed up, or followed up once and dropped.
- Dormant customers. Past buyers who went quiet and could be reactivated.
- Cold proposals. Quotes sent, never chased to a decision.
- Stuck payments. Invoiced revenue that needs structured, persistent follow-up.
- Untracked deals. Live opportunities in chat threads, spreadsheets, and individual memory, with no shared pipeline.
- Missed cross-sell and upsell. Customers who could buy more but are never asked.
- Inconsistent follow-up. No standard rhythm or ownership, so discipline depends on who remembers.
What you receive at handover
You can operate all of it without us.
- A single view of recoverable revenue, prioritised by value.
- AI workflows that mine, draft, and prioritise follow-up across the leak map.
- A founder approval dashboard for every customer-facing action.
- Documented evidence from one full recovery cycle, run with your team, measured against a baseline.
What success means here: a working system plus a measured first cycle. We commit to the system and the measurement discipline. Recovery figures vary by business, sector, and how the team adopts the rhythm, and we say so up front.
How it runs
Five phases. A phase does not begin until the previous one has passed its exit gate.
- Review. We map how the business actually makes, tracks, and collects money. Gate: you confirm the flow map is accurate.
- Map the leaks. We quantify each leak against the seven-point map and set a measured baseline. Gate: you agree the priority leaks.
- Design. We design the workflows, approval checkpoints, and dashboard. Gate: you approve the design and the approval rules.
- Execute. We build the system and run one real recovery cycle with your team. Every customer-facing action routes through approval. Gate: one full cycle completed and measured.
- Hand over. We document the system, train your team, and agree the supervision routine. Gate: you confirm your team can run it.
You stay in control
AI prepares drafts, priorities, and summaries. It does not contact customers autonomously. Every customer-facing action, who is contacted, what message goes out, what offer is made, what is escalated, is approved by your team before it happens. The approval dashboard is the single place those decisions are made and logged.
Commercial model
Fixed project fee, agreed before work begins. Scope changes are handled by written change order, never absorbed silently. Ongoing operation beyond the first cycle moves to AI-Powered Operations; demand generation moves to Digital Outreach & Growth.
Is this engagement for you?
A fit when all of these hold: revenue between $1M and $10M. Founder- or promoter-led, with a decision-maker sponsoring directly. Manual or semi-manual revenue workflows. At least one large, recoverable leak. A team prepared to adopt a structured rhythm.
Not a fit: a deck or workshop only. A tool to run yourself. No identifiable leak.
A structured review of where revenue is leaking. Yours to keep, no obligation.
