Service 03
The brand built and launched, then handed over.
For founders whose business outgrew its brand. Brand Identity & Launch diagnoses what is holding the brand back, builds the strategy and identity, ships the launch system with senior judgment and a vetted bench, and hands over everything: documented, trained, and yours. Keep Vade on as fractional brand and marketing leadership afterwards, or run it yourself.
The promise, stated plainly
A brand is not a document. It is the system that makes every surface a customer touches say the same true thing: the positioning, the identity, the words, the website, the launch. We build that system, prove it live, and hand it over. You own it outright, with no agency dependence, or you keep us on as fractional brand and marketing leadership. Every engagement ends with a working system, never a deck.
What we build
- Positioning and strategy. Where you win, whom you serve, and the one sentence that says it: grounded in research, not taste.
- Identity system. Logo, palette, typography, and usage rules that survive contact with real work.
- Voice and message. How the brand speaks everywhere: website copy, sales language, and the words your team reuses without thinking.
- The launch system. The website, profiles, and launch collateral shipped and working, not specified and abandoned.
- Handover. Documentation and training so your team runs the brand without us. Or we stay on as fractional brand leadership: your choice, made after the work is real.
How it starts: the Brand Diagnostic Sprint
Every brand engagement begins with the Sprint: a paid, fixed-fee, structured diagnosis of what is holding your brand back. It ends in written findings you keep, whether or not we build together. The fee is stated plainly in the first conversation, and it is credited in full against the build if we proceed together within 30 days.
The Sprint ends with a recommendation in both directions. If the diagnostic finds no brand problem worth building against, we say so and stop. You keep the findings either way.
A paid, structured diagnosis of what's holding your brand back. The findings are yours to keep, and the fee is credited if we build together within 30 days.
Opens our scheduling page: a 30-minute conversation first, the Sprint from there.
The Sprint is the entry point for this service; every other Vade relationship starts with the free Review.
You stay in control
The same governance as every Vade system: nothing ships without your approval. You see the work at fixed gates, strategy before identity, identity before build, build before launch, and a phase does not begin until you have approved the one before it. Senior judgment leads the work; a vetted bench executes it; one person is accountable to you throughout.
Is this engagement for you?
A fit when all of these hold: revenue between $1M and $10M. Founder- or promoter-led. A real product or service ahead of its brand. A launch, relaunch, or repositioning moment worth doing properly. A founder prepared to make decisions at the gates.
Not a fit: a logo alone. Brand theatre without a business behind it. A deck to shop around. If the Sprint finds the brand is not the problem, we will say so.
Questions founders ask
- What does the Sprint cost?
- A fixed fee, stated plainly in the first conversation and held there. It is credited in full against the build if we proceed together within 30 days. We do not publish the number because scope varies with the state of your brand; the model never varies.
- Why is the Sprint paid when the Review is free?
- The Review finds leaked revenue; it pays for itself in findings. The Sprint is senior brand diagnosis, and free brand audits attract everyone except the founders who act. A paid entry keeps both sides serious, and the credit returns the fee to those who build.
- Do I need the Review first?
- No. This is the one Vade service with its own front door. If you are unsure whether your problem is brand or execution, start with the free Review and we will tell you honestly.
- How is this different from a branding agency?
- An agency engagement usually ends at the brand guidelines. Ours ends at a working launch system your team can run, with the option of fractional brand leadership afterwards. The same discipline as every Vade engagement: built, proven, handed over.
A structured review of where revenue is leaking. Yours to keep, no obligation.
Not sure which door is yours? Start with the Review; we will point you honestly.
