The Revenue Leakage Review

Find out what you have already earned but never collected.

The Review is a free, structured working session that maps where revenue is leaking from your business. It ends in a short written summary you keep: where revenue appears to be leaking, a directional sizing of the top leaks, and a recommended starting scope.

What happens

  1. A 30-minute conversation. We understand your business; you take our measure. If there is a fit on both sides, we schedule the full Review session. No preparation needed.
  2. The working session. Roughly two hours with light pre-work. We walk the seven-leak map against your actual business: leads, dormant customers, proposals, payments, pipeline, cross-sell, follow-up rhythm.
  3. You receive the findings. A written summary, yours to keep whether or not you engage Vade.

What we ask of you

For the first conversation, just yourself. For the full session: the decision-maker in the room, a willingness to share rough numbers where you have them, and roughly two hours of attention. That is all.

Held in confidence

Everything you share, in the first conversation and in the Review, is held in strict confidence. An NDA is available on request before the session. Client references are available during the Review process.
